Beechcroft Beef Our herd of Simmental (the big orange and white ones!) are crossed with Aberdeen Angus (the black ones!). Our cattle are raised on an extensive farming system, some we keep for breeding, others are sold to neighbouring farmers for breeding and the rest for meat. Please see our Order page to view the variety of cuts we offer.Beechcroft Lamb We have two flocks of sheep. The main flock is made up of a mixture of breeds which include Texel (the big, white faced ones!), Rouge (the finely boned pink faced ones!) and the recent introduction of Welsh mules (the pretty black and white speckled faced ones!) The second flock is of Dorset bred, which lamb in October, this allows us to offer New Season lamb all year round. Between the months of April and December we weigh and grade the lambs weekly, ensuring the meat produced from the lamb is in its prime. Please see our Order page to view the variety of cuts we offer. Orders are by collection from Beechcroft, just outside Winchester in Hampshire. Delivery can be arranged, subject to a charge.
